1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, purchasing, or accessing any course offered by For Us 2 Connect, LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access the course.

2. Course Access and Accounts

Participants must create an account to access course materials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Access to purchased courses is granted to the individual purchaser only and may not be shared, distributed, or transferred.

Unauthorized distribution of course materials may result in termination of access without refund.

3. Continuing Education Credit

CE credit is awarded only after completion of all stated course requirements, which may include:

• Full attendance (for live courses)

• Completion of post-test with required passing score

• Completion of evaluation form

It is the participant’s responsibility to verify that the course meets their licensing board requirements.

For Us 2 Connect maintains responsibility for the program content and administration.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]

• Live courses: Refund requests must be received at least 72 hours prior to the event start time.

• Asynchronous courses: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and prior to course completion.

No refunds will be issued after course completion or certificate issuance.

If a course is canceled by For Us 2 Connect, a full refund will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including slides, recordings, documents, and assessments, are the intellectual property of For Us 2 Connect, LLC.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, record, or commercially use materials without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

For Us 2 Connect is not liable for:

• Technical interruptions outside our control

• Licensing board decisions regarding CE acceptance

• Indirect or consequential damages

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

By purchasing a course, you agree to contact For Us 2 Connect first to resolve any billing disputes prior to initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in revoked course access.

8. Modifications

For Us 2 Connect reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.

Payment Authorization & Dispute Resolution

By purchasing a course from For Us 2 Connect, LLC, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout.

You agree to contact For Us 2 Connect, LLC at [email protected] to resolve any billing issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution.

Failure to contact us prior to initiating a chargeback may result in suspension of course access and future purchasing privileges.

We maintain records of course access, login activity, and completion data for the purpose of resolving payment disputes.
